These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ga999. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ga999 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") regarding your access to and use of the ga999 website, mobile site and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, Dragon Fishing, Racing and any other gaming products offered by ga999.

Accounts belonging to players found to be under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds held therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ga999 is lawful in your jurisdiction before you register or place any wager. ga999 makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one ga999 account. Registering multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts. Any winnings generated from multiple accounts may be voided.
2. Account Registration and KYC
When registering a ga999 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. ga999 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with industry best practices. The following obligations apply to all registered players:
- You must provide your real name, date of birth and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number at registration.
- ga999 may request supporting identity documents (national ID, passport, or equivalent) before processing a withdrawal.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ga999 will never ask for your password via email, phone or live chat.
- Account sharing is prohibited. Your ga999 account is strictly personal and must not be accessed by or transferred to any third party.
- ga999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where false, incomplete or misleading registration information is identified.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
ga999 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The following clauses govern all financial transactions on the platform.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. ga999 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits are credited to your ga999 wallet after confirmation from the relevant payment gateway, typically within seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions. ga999 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply charges at their discretion.
Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. ga999 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. ga999 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
All transactions on ga999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Wallet balances, bonuses, winnings and all financial figures on the platform are displayed in BDT. ga999 does not charge currency conversion fees because the platform operates exclusively in BDT for Bangladesh players.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
ga999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
- Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated as cashable. Typical rollover requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses are issued per player and per household. Circumventing this rule by registering additional accounts to claim duplicate bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account suspension.
- ga999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of their stated wagering cycle.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on ga999 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant game or market section of the platform.
A bet is only confirmed once ga999 issues a bet confirmation. ga999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds caused by a technical malfunction or data feed error, or where there is evidence of suspicious betting patterns. In the case of a voided bet, the stake is returned to the player's wallet.
ga999 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per market and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. ga999 reserves the right to reduce a player's maximum stake or payout limit at its discretion without prior notice, particularly where unusually large or frequent wagers are detected.
6. Responsible Gaming
ga999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and obligations apply to all ga999 players:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon being set.
- Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks by contacting ga999 support.
- Self-exclusion: Players who believe gambling is causing them harm may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded players will not be permitted to register new accounts on ga999.
- ga999 will not knowingly permit underage gambling. If we have reason to believe a player is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ga999 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds held in the account:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with the ga999 platform in a non-human manner.
- Colluding with other players, exchanging information to gain unfair advantage, or coordinating bets in a manner designed to exploit platform mechanics.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or bugs in the platform's software. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug must be reported to ga999 and will not be paid out.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering, fraud or theft. ga999 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious financial activity as required.
- Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, including impersonating another person or submitting forged documents.
ga999 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, including recovery of funds paid out as a result of such conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ga999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of ga999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the ga999 platform without the express written permission of ga999.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ga999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the ga999 platform or any content thereon. ga999's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these T&C or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ga999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including internet service disruptions) may result in temporary unavailability. ga999 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned outages in advance.
10. Amendments to These Terms
ga999 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility as a player to review these T&C periodically. Your continued use of ga999 following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
